
The Allison White Insurance Story
Health Insurance expert, Allison White, has been in the insurance industry for nearly two decades. More recently, she decided to venture out and start her own agency bringing about the formation of Allison White Insurance.
Today, Allison and her team are operating out of a professional office space in Little Falls, Minnesota. They have always provided clients with a high-level of knowledge, guidance, and honesty. Committed to those hallmarks, Allison and her team keep a watchful eye on state and federal health reform. More importantly, she continues to strengthen her team with education on the health insurance plans available within the Minnesota marketplace. With a complete understanding of Minnesota’s health coverage options, the entire team is equally comfortable and capable of assisting young adults, couples, and seniors.
Being an independent agency has always been their focus; it allowing them to have flexibility and to offer a variety of plan options from several providers – ensuring that everyone gets the best plan available for their needs. Going beyond helping to compare and select plans, they are committed to service after the enrollment. Allison White, Owner/Independent Broker
Allison started her agency in 2018. Shortly after starting, the need to build a team became a reality. Allison started in the insurance industry in the mid 2000’s as a secretary and quickly realized she wanted to meet with clients. Allison is compassionate, a good listener, and strives to solve problems.
Allison grew up in Minot, ND. Her military service brought her to meet her husband, Mark, who was from Minnesota. Allison and Mark own and operate the company together. Allison loves to travel the world and learn about new cultures with their two school-aged children. She also enjoys golfing and reading books in peace and quiet. Allison’s goals in her business are to have each client’s experiences be meaningful and educational. Genuine relationship building is key to never feeling like she “works” a day in her life.

Mark White, Owner/Independent Broker
Mark joined Allison White Insurance in the Fall of 2018. Mark was previously in the military as a carpenter by trade, but security forces leader while deployed to Iraq in 03’-04’. Mark brings a sense of calm to the team of mostly ladies. He is always up for listening and bringing an alternative point of view to the team.
Mark grew up in the Little Falls area. He joined the active-duty Army as a young man and his service is what brought him to meet his wife, Allison, who also was in the service. Together, they have 2 school-aged children. Mark enjoys mastering recipes on the grill, golfing, and traveling the world with his family by either RV or traveling abroad.

Kim Steinmetz, Broker/Client Services
Kim joined Allison White Insurance in the Spring of 2019. Kim has always worked with people in the health field. “I have a minor in health, so working with Health Insurance was a good fit. I enjoy helping people."
Kim grew up in Pillager, MN. She graduated from college at Bemidji State University. After she graduated, she moved to Little Falls and has lived here for 26 years. Kim married her husband, Dave, who is the Plant Manager for Wabash. They have two daughters, Kacy and Allie Jo. In Kim’s free time, she likes to work out, read, go ice fishing, go out on the river with their pontoon, and golf.

Jodi Weaver,
Jodi joined Allison White Insurance in the Fall of 2018. After working in retail for 25 years and owning the Gumdrop Tree Toy store for 12 years, she was looking for part-time employment, but she loved the customer service aspect of the job so much that she became a full-time employee for Allison White Insurance. Jodi loves to help people!
Jodi grew up in Northfield, MN and attended Winona State University. She graduated with a degree in business. She married her college sweetheart, moved to Eagan, and became a mother of 2 sons. Her family moved to Little Falls for her husband’s job at Camp Ripley in 2003. Jodi enjoys golfing, traveling, games, and socializing with family and friends.

Jillian Cox,
Jillian joined the team at Allison White Insurance in May of 2021. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Business Management, as well as earning Alumni status with Delta Gamma sorority. Soon after graduating college, she was eager to jump into the workforce and start her career as a Health Insurance Broker.
Jillian grew up in Little Falls, MN. In her free time, she enjoys going up to her cabin and spending time with her friends and family. Jillian brings a lot of youth into the office along with creativity.

Joanne Hillman,
Joanne joined Allison White Insurance in 2018. She previously worked with Allison and respected her integrity and knowledge but when given the opportunity to come out of retirement, she was excited to be back in the workforce. Joanne worked for over 40 years in customer service and sales and appreciates the continued contact with clients.
Joanne grew up first in Mandan, ND, but then her family moved to Clarissa, MN. She has been living in Long Prairie MN for the last 40 years. She is the proud mother of 4 children, eight grandchildren, one dear yellow lab named Drake, and 4 grand-dogs. She enjoys cheering her grandchildren on in their activities. In addition, her new hobby is making greeting cards. She also enjoys swimming, hunting and fishing.

George Babcock, Receptionist
George joined the Allison White Insurance team in October of 2019. His previous job experiences have led to him excelling in customer service, appointment supervising, customer service, and office manager. An important member of the team, George's unique qualities include staying calm, desire to excel in any task, and customer service expertise.
George grew up in Mauston, Wisconsin. He enjoys interacting with grandchildren, spending time with family, and enjoys being involved in family activities. In his free time, he likes to golf, yard work, woodworking, and fishing. George is proud to say that he is a 26-year Air Force Veteran.

Pauline Hopkins, Receptionist
Pauline joined Allison White Insurance in June of 2022. Previously, she's worked with individuals with developmental disabilities and as a home visitor for babies and toddlers. Pauline’s unique qualities include enjoying people and willing to accept them for where they are at in life.
Pauline grew up and lived most of her life in Minnesota. She moved to SW Wisconsin for 15 years before coming to Little Falls. She's married to her husband, Charlie, and enjoys spending her free time with her 2 stepdaughters, 4 grandkids, and extended family. Pauline’s hobbies outside of work include crafting, reading, cooking, and spending time with family. Pauline also enjoys volunteering at the local library and other various community organizations.
